Dephosphorization in Double Slag Converter Steelmaking Process at Different Temperatures by Industrial Experiments

In the present work, effect of dephosphorization endpoint temperature on hot metal was studied for double slag converter steelmaking process under conditions low and basicity by industrial experiments. range 1350–1450 °C, with an increasing temperature, ratio phosphorus distribution first increase then decrease. The content in decreases increases at end dephosphorization. At 1385–1410 is higher than 55%, P2O5 3.93–4.17%, logLP value 1.76–2.09, PCOP-C selective oxidation reaction carbon 53–80 Pa, aFeO 0.284–0.312. path entering P-rich phase can be reasonably inferred as: → Fe-rich phase. Under experimental conditions, rephosphorization reactions are dynamic equilibrium 1413 °C.
